I am a girl who has read every book on nutrition possible. It is something I am so passionate
about, and would love to share with others. I work at a YMCA, and have also learned my fair share of fitness tips. I would LOVE to help out anyone on Shape who maybe needs someone to vent to and some tips on how to get over it. So you know a little more about me, I am 18 and 5 feet tall. When i went through a rough time in my life, I gained weight and settled at 118 lbs (105 is my happy weight). With hat i know about nutrition and fitness, I was able to lose what I had gained and stay healthy. I DONT believe in dieting, i have done it before and it made my life miserable.
I work out 6 days a week and eat balanced meals. It would really help me out to have someone who needs help with nutrition for me to share my tips with, and it would help me stay on track as well.

Hey guys, I'm from Jersey and have just about had it with all the crap I've been eating and to top it off I stopped working out on the treadmill three weeks ago. Am starting up again on Sunday after Halloween.
.. since I can't resist chocolate. My biggest problem is getting on the treadmill after I come home from work cause I'm so tired...an y suggestion s. Can't exercise in the morning - no time.... -

Hello everyone!I'd love to join your group. I know all the things we are supposed to eat and how to exercise but what I'm hoping to get is a group to keep me accountabl e. I get enough exercise but where I always fall short is healthy eating. I'm good for a few days and then I "fall off the wagon". I am 15 pounds away from my "happy weight" .I'd love to share my journey with you all and be accountabl e to someone as well you all be accountabl e to me. How do we start a group?? -
