Tips for a pear shape?
I have a small upper body and strong legs/butt.
I want to loose some inches on my lower body and gain some on my upper. Right now I do cardio 4 days a week for 30-40 and train my upper body with low reps and high weights and my lower body with high reps and low weights. Does anyone has any suggestion
