bloated, not hungry, what is going on????????
?? Hi girls,
Im 23, 5'1 weigh 107. Ive been trying to lose 2 lbs for forever but I guess this is my healthy weight. I usually eat whatever I want, but just less. I will never give up my 2 fun size chocolate bars a day.
Anyways, my question isn't really about weight loss, (but ifu have tips please let me know how long it would take to get these 2 lbs off and how dedicated/
strict i needa be, i dont workout daily, i dance for an hour 2 x a week) My main question is: in the morning my stomache is flat but for the past 2 days my stomache has been popped out (bloated almost) and I do not feel hungry at all, I have been eating string cheese for breakfast,
a couple fun size choc bars for lunch and a salad for dinner, and thats all i need to keep me full. My stomache is popped out and I feel heavy. My period isn't coming for a while (if it was, i wouldnt be so worried) but its def not my period. What is going on? - 3 Replies

Re: bloated, not hungry, what is going on????????
?? your stomach is bloated because your not eating enough, so when you do eat your body is saving it all for energy instead of burning it off. also, your body is not used to having food in it, which is causing it to bloat(its kind of not sure what to do with the food). your period isnt coming because you dont have enough nutrients in your diet.. i know all this because i had the same problem, i lost my period for about a year and a half because i wasnt eating nearly enough and i had to go to the doctor.. so bottom line, encorporate more food into your diet and your stomach will go back to normal -
