  • how much water do you drink?

    I don't drink very much, although I am trying to get better at that since I know you're supposed to drink 8 glasses a day! I just took this water wisdom quiz from Crystal Light and they told me my water wisdom was "dry as the Sahara"...ha! That is definitely a sign that I need to be drinking more glasses of water every day. How much do you get in an average day?

    At work I try to keep only bottled water in the fridge.  When it's ice cold, I find that it's so much better to drink for me (and it helps me drink more).  I do love my diet coke, but I try to drink at least 5 bottles of water a day.  Hopefully that's enough.

    Everynight before bedtime I place 2 bottles of water in the freezer.  While I am at work I have water that stays ice cold all day long, I find myself drinking more that way. I also drink plenty water at home as well. My goal is to drink at least 6 bottles of water a day.  It's not that though. Right now I'm at 4 so, we will see!

    That's awesome! I usually have a hard time keeping track of water intake during the day at work. I did get a couple of those on-the-go crystal light packets last week tho and they are delicious! I like it a lot better than plain water :)
