    • This is one of my favorite pictures of myself. My future sister in law's 3yr old took this picture at one of her famous backyard BBQ's. This was after I had lost 40lbs and I was so happy with  myself then. I am working hard to get back to that place.

  • I just had a girl at the end of August and now I am trying to slim down. I about 154 pounds before I had her, and now I am 174. I want to get down to 145 or 140 which is healthier for my height of 5'3". I'm also in the process of trying to be semi-vegetarian, but I don't know what kinds of foods would be best for me to start eating. I want my food to be healthy AND taste good

  • I just wanted to give everyone a little encouragement. Keep up the good work and remember it's only hard for the first month or so. After you prove to yourself that you can do it, there will be no stopping you. Dont quit. You WILL make it.

  • I have already lost closeto 25 pounds in the 2 months. I got a personal trainer, I go to the gym for 1.5 hours at LEAST 3 tims a week and completely dropped meat and use sweets very rarely. I still want t lose another 40 pounds to reach my goal of 125 pouns. I dont believe in quick fixes and want some creative 1200 calorie diets samples for a semi-vegetrian (who only eats sea food). Any ideas or suggstions. Ideally I want toshed all this weight by August 2010, Any tips or suggestions?

  • I am trying to lose the weight. Keeping motivated is difficult. Trying to find activities, means for me doing things alone. So before I do something lately I say to myself that this is making me strong and healthy. If I can make it through the first 10 minutes I can usually do my 40+ minutes of cardio. This is real hard for me.

  • My wedding is in 38 days! I had my final dress fitting last night.. teh dress looks great..IF I'm sucking in my stomach. My dress is really fitting. I'm 138 lbs. right now. I need a flat stomach, but LOVE food! I need support to get me through till the day. Any suggestions?
