Shelby3Fonda, 3 days ago| Flagi just joined...irun at least three times a week any where between 3-4 miles, but on the days i don't run i don't do anything which i need to change, im going to start with the A-list workout i just got in Shape this week.
my other problem is i need to cut back the calories. i already eat pretty healthy, my weakness is my sweet tooth, especiallychocolate.
i don't need help in being motivated,just guidance to cut back the calories! -

Giapa, 2 weeks ago| FlagI'm trying something new and weird until it drives me batty. I'm eating something around 100 calories every waking hour alternating between quality protein and quality carbohydra tes. As a serial (and successful ) dieter I can tell you that Nutrisyste m, Jenny Craig, etc ain't got %$(@ on me. But I never was a 3 squares person, more like a grazer. -
skimmy, 2 weeks ago| FlagI only joined shape.com 2 days ago...now I know why they say not to track your calories, I's obsessing over it, and I'm still starving despite not reaching my target calories! I need to add some more exercises for sure but any advice on filling up without adding excess calories??
